I entered dentistry right out of college and never looked back! My experience includes working as a dental assistant, sterilization tech, receptionist and manager. If you needed a fire put out then I would do that too!

Luckily, I landed in an office with a fantastic owner and mentor. He encouraged me to constantly seek out the CE and knowledge necessary to run a true business. It's why I'm so passionate about teaching others. Team members who love to learn are a practice's most valuable asset. My commitment to our industry is to continue sharing knowledge and trends.
